Kirsty MacGregor

Kirsty MacGregor is an experienced communication and marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Communications and Engagement at NHS Fife since September 2018. Previous roles include Associate Director of Communications and Head of Corporate Communications at the Improvement Hub - Healthcare Improvement Scotland, as well as Communications Manager at Edinburgh Napier University. Kirsty has also held the position of Director of Marketing & Public Relations and Deputy Director of Development & External Affairs at the University of Stirling, and has extensive experience at Heriot-Watt University as Head of Marketing and Public Relations. Kirsty holds a PG Dip in Public Relations from Queen Margaret University and a PG Dip in Marketing from Robert Gordon University.
