Laura Smith

Laura Smith is currently the Director of People & Culture at NHS Golden Jubilee. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at EE and BT, including Head of HR Transformation at EE, Head of Governance & Change, Head of Learning and Development, Head of Change Design, Deployment and Customer Experience, and more at BT. With over two decades of experience in various HR and leadership roles, Laura has a track record of driving transformation and enhancing employee and customer experiences across different brands within the telecommunications industry. Laura attended Jordanhill School in Glasgow from 1982 to 1995.
