Isobel Allen

Isobel Allen currently serves as a Senior Policy Adviser (Governance) at NHS Providers, where responsibilities include supporting NHS trusts and influencing policy to improve governance. Previously, Isobel held various roles at South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, including Assistant Company Secretary and Membership and Governor Engagement Manager, focusing on effective decision-making and public accountability. Isobel's experience also includes a role as Communications Officer at East Sussex County Council, where engagement strategies were developed for diverse populations, and as a Freelance Communications Consultant working on impactful projects. Isobel's career began in communications with Oxfam GB, overseeing the development of communications strategies and internal messaging.
