Laura Standland

Laura Standland is a skilled recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management roles within the NHS and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist at NHS since January 2019, Laura has also held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust from August 2023 to August 2024. Prior to these roles, Laura worked at Morrisons as a Team Leader and at New Look, where responsibilities included Store Manager, Supervisor, and Sales Advisor positions. Laura began the professional journey at Ann Summers as a Sales Consultant and at TOPSHOP TOPMAN as a Sales Advisor.
