Elizabeth Malone is an experienced professional in housing and community services, currently serving as the Program Director for the NHS Housing Recovery and Insurance Risk Management Program at Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City, Inc., since June 2013. Malone leads initiatives that provide direct services to homeowners, facilitates workshops, and collaborates with the insurance industry. Previously, Malone was the NSP2 Project Manager at New York Mortgage Coalition from August 2011 to May 2013, where responsibilities included developing and managing a buyer assistance program for communities affected by the foreclosure crisis. Additionally, Malone contributed as a CBO representative for NYC VOAD from 2002 to 2012 and has a background in volunteer service.
