Jeff Desharnais has over a decade of experience in IT and system administration, currently serving as the Service Desk Supervisor at NHTI since November 2013. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as a Systems Administrator at Rockstar New England and Rockstar Games from April 2008 to April 2013. Earlier in their career, Jeff was an IT Specialist at Mad Doc Software from May 2005 to March 2008 and began in the field as a Quality Assurance Tester at Atari in 2003. Jeff holds an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering Technology from NHTI, Concord's Community College, earned between 2000 and 2003.
