Lauren Guzauskas

Lauren Guzauskas has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and philanthropy, currently serving as the Managing Director of Development at Nia Tero since January 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren was the Associate Director of Philanthropy at The Nature Conservancy from August 2017 to January 2021. Lauren's career also includes significant positions at Seattle Central College as Executive Director and Associate Director of the Foundation, as well as various leadership roles at City Year, including Director of Strategic Advancement. Lauren began their career as a Grants Manager at Casa Central. Lauren's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration in Management and Education Policy from the University of Washington, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from North Park University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Minnesota.
