Stephen Scarr Mbifm

Stephen Scarr, MBIFM, currently serves as the Deputy Facilities Manager at NIAB since February 2018. With a robust background in facilities management and engineering, previous roles include Maintenance Officer at Westminster College in Cambridge and Maintenance and Sustainability Manager at The Leys School. Between 2000 and 2012, Stephen held the position of Facilities, Maintenance & EHS Manager at Perkin Elmer Optoelectronics, overseeing production support, engineering, facilities, and health and safety, while leading a team of multi-disciplined engineers. Additional experience includes working as a Maintenance Engineer at John Dickinson Stationery Ltd and a Motor Engineering Technician at Vindis & Son, where Stephen completed an apprenticeship and advanced to assistant foreman. Stephen's education was completed in Cambridge.
