Kristen Northcott

Kristen Northcott, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Plant Human Resources Manager at Niagara Bottling since November 2022, Kristen previously worked as HR Manager at BMT Aerospace and as a Human Resources Manager at Avon Machining, where significant contributions were made during a company acquisition and recognition was achieved as one of “The Best Workplaces” in Metro Detroit for 2018. Prior to these positions, Kristen gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Avon Gear Company and completed an HR Generalist internship with the City of Auburn Hills. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Oakland University.
