Brent Cowan

Brent Cowan is a skilled Crime Analyst at Niagara Regional Police Service since November 2013, responsible for analyzing crime trends and incidents. With prior experience as a GIS Analyst and Project Manager at various organizations, including Webtech Wireless and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, Brent has led significant GIS projects and taught GIS courses at Mohawk College. Additionally, Brent serves as a Paid on Call Firefighter for the Town of Fort Erie, holding numerous NFPA certifications and playing an active role in various committees and training initiatives. Brent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Waterloo and an Advanced Project Management Certificate from Humber College.
