Lene Kirstine Hougaard

Lene Kirstine Hougaard is an experienced community manager at Niam since March 2023, focusing on development and management of tenant communities. With a long-standing role at RandersIdræt.dk since 2012, Lene has initiated and taught beginner-level children's sports and swimming classes. Additionally, Lene has been an instructor and consultant at FOF, teaching Danish and related subjects since 2011. Previous positions include event coordinator at Birch Ejendomme, teacher at Mellerup Friskole, and project leader at Mariagerfjord Kommune, where Lene planned projects under 'open school' and collaborated with various stakeholders. Lene's background also includes experience as a personal trainer, teacher at Randers Realskole, consultant for Randers gymnastiske Forening, and trainer at Byens Fitness. Lene holds a bachelor's degree in Danish language and literature from University of Southern Denmark and a personal trainer certification from PROacademy.
