Gunnar Okk is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at Nordic Investment Bank since January 2006. In addition to this position, Gunnar has held multiple vice-presidential roles at the same institution, focusing on business services, human resources, information technology, business intelligence, and planning. Prior to joining Nordic Investment Bank, Gunnar served as CEO at Eesti Energia from February 1998 to November 2005 and held the position of Operative Manager and Deputy Regional Manager at Statoil from August 1991 to July 1997. Gunnar's educational background includes degrees from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, London Business School, and Aalto University, among others, culminating in a Master’s Degree in Power Systems from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
