Jherica Ijames

Jherica Ijames is an IT Support Specialist currently employed at NIC MAP Vision since November 2022. Previously, Jherica worked as a Productivity System Administrator Intern at Seeq Corporation, where responsibilities included optimizing the IT Portal through Atlassian's Jira Service Management. Prior to this, Jherica served as a Police Detective for the City of Salisbury from 2017 to 2022, conducting thorough criminal investigations. Jherica's experience also includes a role as a Direct Support Associate II at RHA Health Services, LLC, providing personal care to individuals with mental challenges, and an internship at the Lexington County Sheriff's Department, where administrative operations were managed. Jherica holds a Master of Science degree in IT with a major in Cyber Security and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
