Efrat Kanner Nissimov

Efrat Kanner Nissimov has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Efrat started their career in 1995 as a Shift Manager in the Technical Customer Service department at Cellcom, where they were responsible for a team of 30 employees. After that, they worked as a Switch Expert in the Engineering department at Orange - Partner, supporting and maintaining switching equipment and conducting training for new employees.

In 2001, Efrat joined Airslide's R&D department, where they were part of the Product Design Team for SS7 over IP and Roaming over IP products. Their responsibilities included designing the products' technical perspectives, GUI design, testing, and deployment of test equipment.

From 2002 to 2005, Efrat worked at TTI Telecom as a Product Manager and Team Leader, managing CDR and Mediation products in the marketing department and leading CDR product designs in the Engineering department.

In 2005, they became a Private Entrepreneur and co-invented and registered patents in the field of Revenue and Service Assurance. Efrat secured a grant from the Chief Scientist for product characterization, recruited investors, and developed a BETA product.

In 2006, Efrat joined TEOCO as a Pre-Sale Engineer in the Solution Engineering department, where they were responsible for responding to RFPs, designing solution architectures, and providing technical and marketing-oriented descriptions. Efrat also supported the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

From 2012 to 2016, Efrat worked at cVidya as a Senior Director of Products & Product Marketing, managing their Big Data platform and solutions for the global Telecom market. Efrat was also responsible for competitive analysis, formulating the company's strategy, and creating product roadmaps.

In 2016, Efrat joined NICE Ltd as the Director of Product Marketing and Business Partners, where they focused on product management, market development, and partner relationships. Efrat eventually became the Head of CXone Line of Business and later the General Manager - Head of X-Sight Line of Business, leading cross-functional teams and overseeing product management, R&D, and cross-platform groups.

Throughout their career, Efrat has demonstrated a strong understanding of product management, marketing, and business strategy, with a particular focus on the telecommunications and software industry.

Efrat Kanner Nissimov completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Tel Aviv University from 1998 to 2002.
