Gregg Widdowson

Gregg Widdowson is a seasoned professional in portfolio sales engineering and customer engagement solutions, currently serving as Director of Portfolio Sales Engineering EMEA at NICE Ltd since February 2020, and previously as Director Sales Engineering for EMEA CXone. Prior experience includes roles at Avaya from 2002 to February 2020, where Gregg held various leadership positions, such as Customer Engagement Solution Sales Leader for Europe and the UK & Ireland, managing teams to drive revenue and brand awareness.
