Pavel Suslov

Pavel Suslov is an experienced Sales Development Manager for APAC at NICE, a position held since January 2022, focusing on engaging with business leaders and contact centre executives to promote the cloud contact centre solution, CXone. Prior to NICE, Pavel accumulated extensive experience at Thomas Warburton Australia (WÜRTH | INDUSTRY) from September 2018 to January 2022, serving in various roles including Pricing Manager and Internal Development Manager. Earlier career experience includes a Warehouse Manager position at Qualital: European Doors and Windows Australia from January 2014 to April 2017. Pavel holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, with a focus on Finance and Marketing, attained between 2014 and 2018, and completed secondary education at Westbourne Grammar School and Wesley College.
