Shweta Bhatia

Shweta Bhatia currently serves as the Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East at NICE, starting in July 2024. Previously, Shweta held several key positions at Yellow.ai from March 2021 to July 2024, including Regional Territory Manager for the UK and Ireland, Associate Director of Sales for Named Accounts, Associate Director of Enterprise Sales for Voice BOT, and Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales focusing on Conversational Voice BOT and Contact Centre AI. Prior to Yellow.ai, Shweta worked at American Express Global Business Travel as a Senior Key Account Executive and at Cvent as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing key accounts across the APAC and MEA regions. Shweta began a career at American Express in Global New Accounts Operations, eventually leading a team of analysts. Notable achievements include receiving the “World Service Excellence” Award and leading a top-performing team. Shweta holds a PGDBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a PG in English Literature from Christ Church College.
