Indah Lestari

Indah Lestari has experience in various fields such as employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational development, and psychology. Currently leading a team at NICEPAY Indonesia, Indah handles recruitment processes, employee training, performance reviews, and corporate events. Prior to this, Indah worked at ICON+ as an Organizational Development Officer where Indah conducted interviews, updated job descriptions, and contributed to corporate culture events. In the past, Indah also worked as a Psychologist Assistant at Dr. Mintohardjo Navy Hospital, assisting with patient observations and psychological testing. Indah holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Pancasila.
