Debbie Willoughby

Debbie Willoughby has extensive experience in human resources and finance, currently serving as the Head of HR & Finance at NicheCom UK since July 2002. In this role, Debbie has streamlined operational workflows, supervised financial and HR activities, and contributed to the expansion of the team from 20 to 145 members, playing a key role in the Senior Management team. Prior to this position, Debbie was a Personal Assistant to the Owner and Office Manager at NicheCom UK, where responsibilities included supporting the Board Directors and managing meetings and travel arrangements. Debbie also held the position of PA to the Managing Director and Office Manager at CBT Systems UK from 1993 to December 1997.
