Terry Sanders has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to present. In 2007, Sanders began working for DeKalb County Government as the Board of County Commissioners Office & Project Manager and 311 Call Center Marketing Coordinator. In this role, Sanders was responsible for creating marketing and public relations programs, coordinating the production of the BOC's intranet website, and executing DeKalb's 311 Initiative and 311 Call Center start-up marketing plan. In 2008, Sanders worked as a Digital Project Manager and Web Copywriter for NicheLabs, LLC. From 2011 to 2013, Sanders was a Writer, Columnist and Guest Editor for Patch.com, where they wrote over 100 articles profiling businesses and community events, created and wrote the "Now Hiring" and "A Day in the Life of" columns, and conducted subject and source research and interviews. In 2013, Sanders began working for IHG/TIAA/YP as a Project Manager, where they documented, analyzed, presented, and reported findings and results of IHG Sales Compensation Assessment Project, conducted Global Stakeholders Interviews, and developed and communicated IT global implementations data. In 2015, Sanders began working as a Sales Compensation Analyst/Project Coordinator for IHG and a Project Coordinator/Project Manager for TIAA-CREF.
