Dave Ryan, LEED AP BD-C, has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Manager at Nicholas & Associates, Inc. since January 2012. In this role, Dave Ryan is responsible for the management and development of design-build educational, residential, and industrial buildings. Responsibilities include overseeing sub-contractors, organizing weekly sub-contractor and safety meetings, coordinating with owner representatives, as well as maintaining project schedules and budgets through daily and weekly reporting.
