Edward Augustin

Edward Augustin has extensive experience in the construction and home building industry, serving as a Superintendent at Nicholas & Associates, Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this role, Edward held the position of Superintendent at E R James Homes LLC from October 2013 to November 2021 and served as Vice President of Kenneth James Builders LLC from November 1986 to October 2013, overseeing purchasing, contract initiation, and project estimates. Edward also contributed to the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, holding leadership roles including President in 2002 and Vice President in 2001 while serving on the Board of Directors from 1986 to 2008. Edward's career began at Ideal Carpentry, where Edward was the President, managing operations and schedules from November 1983 to November 1986. Edward is a graduate of St. Viator High School and has attended community college.
