Jeffrey Nichols

Jeffrey Nichols has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Jeffrey started working at Nichols Farms in 2007, where they had miscellaneous jobs until 2010. In 2012, they joined Sierra Cascade Organic Blueberry Farm as a Packing Shed Manager and Co Harvest Manager, responsible for managing the packing shed, co-managing the harvest of organic blueberry fields, and performing pre-harvest tasks. Jeffrey worked there until 2013. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Mechanic Ops Manager at Sandy Farms. In 2015, they joined Golden Pacific Cold Storage as a Boxyard/Inventory Manager until 2017. Jeffrey then returned to Nichols Farms in 2017 and worked as a Process Technician until 2018, then as a Scheduling Manager until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director at Nichols Farms.

Jeffrey Nichols attended Colorado State University from 2009 to 2014, where they studied Soil and Crop Science / Agriculture Business. During their time at the university, they did not obtain a specific degree. In terms of additional certifications, Jeffrey obtained an Instrument Rated Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in July 2019 and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Arizona State University in June 2018.
