Reena Desai

Reena Desai is a Partner at Nichols Kaster, PLLP, where involvement in the National Wage and Hour Litigation Team has centered on representing current and former employees in wage and hour collective and class actions, alongside individual cases related to race and disability discrimination. Previously, Reena served as an Associate Attorney at the same firm and as an Attorney in the intellectual property litigation group at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. Additionally, Reena contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Psychology from The George Washington University.
