Gary Brookes

Gary Brookes is an experienced Supply Chain Director, currently leading the supply chain operations at Nichols plc since June 2022. With a strong background in supply chain management, Gary has previously held positions as Procurement Director at AB World Foods Ltd and Supply Chain Director at Speedibake, among others. Gary's key responsibilities have included developing supply chain strategies, ensuring operational performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Notable achievements include establishing a Continuous Improvement program that significantly reduced operating costs and optimizing operational efficiencies across multiple sites in the UK and Europe. Gary holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management, along with a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants qualification and a BA Hons in European Business Studies.
