Debra Kenny, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources at Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Debra held various leadership positions in human resources at Lincoln Security Services from October 2014 to June 2023, including Sr. Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources & Compensation. Debra's experience also includes serving as an HR Consultant for SEIU Healthcare IL IN MO KS from August 2013 to November 2014 and a Graduate Assistant to the Dean of Graduate Studies at Lewis University in 2013. Earlier career experience includes a role as Director of Human Resources & Administration at G4S NSSC Nuclear Security Services Corp from 2006 to 2012.
