Matthew Bland

Matthew Bland is an accomplished Product Design and IP Manager at NICOLS, with notable experience in product design roles spanning over a decade. Previously, Matthew served as a Senior Product Designer at Tomy, where innovative design solutions were developed, and as a Product Development Associate at The Walt Disney Company, contributing to various product initiatives. Matthew began a career as a Design Engineer at Glasdon and gained early experience as a Product Design Intern at The Walt Disney Company. Educationally, Matthew holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Product Design from the University of Central Lancashire, earned between 2008 and 2011. Matthew's expertise includes ideation, concept generation, product styling, and effective team collaboration.
