Thomas Libanet

Thomas LIBANET is a skilled technical manager currently serving as Responsable Technique at NICOLS since October 2020, overseeing a team of 10 and playing a key role in site leadership, budget management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this, Thomas worked at ASCOVAL as a Coordinateur Amélioration Continue, managing production processes and driving operational excellence. Thomas also has extensive experience in technical methods from previous roles at Vallourec, Groupe Doux, and Zehnder Group France. Thomas's educational background includes a CQPM in industrialization and process improvement from AFPI Valenciennes, along with degrees in maintenance and industrial engineering from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and a Baccalauréat in mechanical engineering.
