Andy Francis has a Bachelor of Science in Technology in Electronics and Computer Technology from Bowling Green State University. They have held various roles in different companies, including Test Technician at TL Industries, Inc., Maintenance Technician at Plastipak Packaging, Customer Service/Repair Parts Specialist, and Global Process Lead - Sales and Distribution at Nidec Minster Corporation. In their current role, they are a member of the SAP Center of Excellence Core Team working on global rollouts of NP&AConnect at Nidec Press and Automation.
