Carlo Matta

Carlo Matta currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Nido, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Carlo Matta was the President and Head of Europe at CA Ventures, LLC from July 2018 to May 2024. Carlo Matta has significant experience in property development, having co-founded Laurus Development Partners in November 2009 and served as both CEO and Board Member until December 2020. Previous roles include Managing Director at Optimum Asset Management, where responsibilities included setting up the New York office and overseeing major condo developments, and Managing Director at Hines Europe, focusing on fund management for the Hines European Development Fund. Carlo Matta's earlier career includes roles with O2 OverseasOffice, T.R Hamzah & Yeang Architects, and other organizations, complemented by an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and an MS in Architecture from Politecnico di Torino.
