Diana Tavares

Diana Tavares currently serves as General Manager at Nido since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in operations and management from previous roles. At CRM Students, Diana held the position of Head of Operations for Portugal and Spain from December 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included maximizing income, managing key performance indicators, and ensuring high standards of accommodation. Prior experience includes serving as Accommodation Manager at Livensa Living, overseeing the pre-opening and operations of the Porto Campus, and a decade in various roles at Grande Hotel do Porto, including Hotel Assistant Manager. Diana's educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Sales Management from IPAM and a Licentiate degree in Tourism Management from ISAG, complemented by professional training in hotel distribution management and pedagogical competencies.
