Jean Hieber

Jean Hieber has over 30 years of work experience in the construction industry. Jean started their career as a Manager at Gerrity Building in 1986 and worked there until 1992. In 1992, Jean joined Nielsen Builders, Inc. where they held various roles, including Director of Human Resources and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Jean Hieber has a degree in Management & Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University. Additionally, they earned an Associate of Science degree from Northern Essex Community College between 1984 and 1986. Jean also holds several certifications: they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resources Management in 2015, and they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in 1999.
