Emma Cionca

Emma Cionca currently serves as Chief of Staff and Director of Operations at Texas Rocket Engineering Lab, overseeing a team of over 300 members in the development of the Halcyon rocket, while also enhancing project management processes through the Microsoft Project Integrated Master Schedule. In addition, Emma has experience as a Marketing Team Lead and Technical Writer, focusing on brand development and compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Emma also works as a Research Assistant at Nielsen Norman Group, where responsibilities include designing systems for data analysis and interpreting usability testing results. Previous experience includes a Management Internship at Auditoria.AI, where Emma contributed to the design of an application feature to enhance user understanding of AI processes. Emma is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Informatics at The University of Texas at Austin, following graduation from Lynbrook High School.
