Katharine Olsen is an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in content strategy and editorial management. Currently serving as the Director of Website Strategy in Digital Marketing at Nielsen since November 2013, Katharine leads the strategy for digital content to enhance brand awareness on a global scale. Prior to this role, Katharine held various positions at Standard & Poor's from September 2009 to November 2013, including Deputy Editor in Chief and Editorial Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing content production and quality for structured finance. Earlier experiences include editorial roles at Cornell University, where Katharine organized events and produced communications, as well as research for a museum exhibit on deaf history. Katharine holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Cornell University.
