Kang Jen is a Senior Director and Head of Customer Success for Developed Asia at NielsenIQ, overseeing a team of approximately 80 associates across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan, and achieving record-high client satisfaction. Prior to this, Kang held various positions at Nielsen, including Head of Client Delivery for Taiwan and Director of Global Client Delivery Leader, driving significant revenue growth and leading major business units in FMCG deliverables. Experience also includes project management for Pacific Northern, Inc., where Kang managed key accounts and cross-functional projects. Kang holds an MBA in Marketing and a Master of Science in Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
