Mariko Carpenter has extensive experience in marketing and strategic partnerships. Mariko is currently working as the Vice President of Marketing at NielsenIQ since 2019. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Nielsen from 2017 to 2019.
Mariko also has a strong background in consumer marketing. Mariko worked at Condé Nast from 2001 to 2017, where they held various positions including Executive Director of Consumer Marketing and Consumer Marketing Director. During their time at Condé Nast, Mariko was responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, maximizing subscription sales, and implementing CRM programs.
Before joining Condé Nast, Mariko worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Forbes Magazine from 1998 to 2001, focusing on retention and database management.
Mariko Carpenter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Asian Studies from Vassar College. Mariko also obtained a Master of Science degree in Direct and Interactive Marketing from New York University.
