Jan Loogman

Jan Loogman possesses extensive experience in the field of environmental law and construction regulations, currently serving as a senior lecturer at BOB Opleiding, Training en Advies since April 2006, specializing in the Building Decree and the Environment and Planning Act. Additionally, Jan is a lecturer at the Nieman Academie since June 2021. Previous roles include significant positions at Gemeente Soest from January 2003 to March 2019, where responsibilities encompassed the execution of the Environment and Planning Act, management of the service department, and leadership of the Permits & Enforcement team.
