Damilola Daniel Kolade

Damilola Daniel Kolade serves as the One Health Project Implementation Unit Lead at the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention since 2018, focusing on the operationalization of the One Health approach and National One Health Strategy Plan. Key responsibilities include leading project implementation, developing work plans for International Health Regulations compliance, enhancing multisectoral coordination, and fostering partnerships to address public health challenges. Damilola also holds positions as a Surveillance and Epidemiology Officer and Work Package Lead for various projects, while serving as the focal person for the National One Health Coordinating Unit. With educational credentials including an MPH in Epidemiology and a DVM, Damilola is committed to advancing epidemiological practices and disease control strategies.
