Muniru Mai

Muniru Mai has a notable work experience in the oil and gas industry, starting in 2005 with NNPC as a Manager in IT Systems. In 2016, they became an Executive Director at NNPC and later transitioned to the role of Executive Director Services at IDSL-NNPC. From 2022 to 2023, Muniru served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited. Currently, from 2023 onwards, they hold the position of Chief Technology Officer at NNPC Limited.

Muniru Mai completed a B.Sc in Physics from Ahmadu Bello University. Later, they pursued an M.Sc in Business Systems Analysis & Design from City, University of London. Muniru also obtained an EMBA in Energy Management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Masters in Energy Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
