F W Pearce has extensive experience in leadership roles within various industries, particularly in finance and operations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Night Owl Security Products LLC since March 2022, F W Pearce previously held the same title at Digital Lighting Engineering & Design, where innovative SaaS-powered AgTech solutions were developed. Additional roles include Interim CFO for AIM Beverages LLC and Italian Rose Gourmet Products, Inc., and Executive Partner at Salt Creek Capital. As CEO and co-founder of Ciao Bella Gelato, F W Pearce successfully grew the company from a startup to a well-established organization with annual sales of $18 million. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Finance from Cornell University and a BA in Physics from Hamilton College.
