Katie Iovino, PHR, SHRM-CP, is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Human Resources at Night Shift Brewing, Inc. Katie has a wide range of experience in HR roles, serving as Director of HR at Cataldo Ambulance Service, Senior HR Business Partner at Partners HealthCare and Beacon Health Options, and holding various HR positions at Beacon Health Strategies and Citizen Schools. Katie holds a degree from Assumption University and completed their education at Our Lady of Nazareth Academy.
