Roger Okewole

Roger Okewole, MBA, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in real estate and construction management. At Nightingale Realty, from February 2020 to September 2023, Roger managed significant landlord upgrades and tenant fitouts at the Whale Building in Brooklyn and provided program management oversight for the 111 Wall Street project in New York. Prior experience includes roles as Construction Project Manager at WeWork Construction and Project Manager at Hill International, where responsibilities ranged from field oversight for renovations at the Bank of New York Mellon to managing capital improvement projects for Ingredion Incorporated. Earlier positions included project management at Plaza Construction, Hunter Roberts Construction Group, and Gilbane Building Company, where Roger progressed from Senior Project Engineer to various managerial roles. Roger holds an MBA in International Business from Seton Hall University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering (magna cum laude) from Temple University.
