Samantha Marks

Samantha Marks is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property management and financial oversight. Currently serving as Property Controller at OPEX CRE Management since April 2024, Samantha has previously held similar roles at Independence Capital Partners and Nightingale Properties. Prior to these positions, Samantha worked as a Senior Accountant at D3 Development, LLC, and gained experience as a Senior Property Accountant at LCOR, INC. Additional roles include Real Estate Accountant at Mission First Housing Group, Staff Accountant at Health Partners Plans, Inc., and Senior Fund Accountant at SEI. Samantha began their career as a Reinsurance Accounting Intern at AIG. A graduate of Drexel University, Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Legal Studies.
