Chloe Smith

Chloe Smith is a dedicated professional in the field of social work with a strong focus on foster care and adoption. Currently serving as a Foster Care Advocate at Nightlight Christian Adoptions since January 2023, Chloe previously worked as a Foster Care and Adoption Case Manager at Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services from July 2021 to December 2022. Earlier roles include a Student Intern position at Methodist Children's Home Outreach and Meals on Wheels Waco, as well as Front Desk Staff at Refine31 and RIDE Indoor Cycling. Chloe gained early experience as Summer Staff at Family Legacy. Academically, Chloe holds a Master's degree from Baylor University's Diana R. Garland School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same institution, complemented by a study abroad experience at Maastricht University in 2018 focusing on Business.
