Christopher Newell

Christopher Newell has a strong background in information technology, with experience in various roles at different organizations. Christopher worked at NIH Federal Credit Union as a VP of Information Technology and as a Director of IT Operations. Before that, they served as a Senior IT Architect at Tower Federal Credit Union. Christopher also worked as a self-employed Information Technology Consultant, providing business and systems solutions for financial institutions. Their experience includes managing teams, overseeing operations, and implementing new systems. Notably, they have expertise in SQL Server DBMS, SSIS, and SSRS. Earlier in their career, Christopher held several positions at Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union, including IT Manager, Information Technology Supervisor, and System Administrator. Christopher was responsible for the operations and support of core financial systems, data analysis, and implementation of strategic systems. Their projects included the implementation of electronic document management systems.

Christopher Newell received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Delaware. Christopher attended the university from 1989 to 1996. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Excella Consulting.
