Channabaswa Kalgi has extensive experience in technical support, particularly in roles involving Japanese clients. Currently serving as a Japanese Support Analyst at NIHON TECHNOLOGY since August 2016, Channabaswa has developed specialized expertise in customer support. Prior to this role, Channabaswa worked at Tech Mahindra from June 2012 to February 2016 as a Citrix L1 & L2 Support Analyst, also focusing on Japanese clientele. Earlier experience includes working as a Japanese Servicedesk Engineer at Wipro Technologies from February 2010 to February 2012. Channabaswa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Sadbodhini Boys High School.
