Jaydip Gupta

Jaydip Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jaydip started their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young and later worked as an Audit Manager at Pricewater House. Jaydip then moved on to Shaw Wallace & Company as an Assistant Manager before joining Radico Khaitan Ltd as a Controller. After that, they worked as a Senior Manager at Whytehall India Ltd, a Joint Venture of Bacardi Martini and Radico Khaitan. Gupta then joined NIIT LTD as a Controller for Audit and Assurance and later became the CFO of Element K, where they were responsible for business integration and pricing. Jaydip then served as the CFO at Samtel Avionics Defense System, where they played a crucial role in financial transformation and automation. After a brief stint at LABVANTAGE Solutions as the Global Controller Finance, Gupta joined NIIT Limited as the Sr Vice President of Audit and Risk, where they established and led an Internal Audit and Risk Management function. Throughout their career, Gupta has focused on financial control, strategic planning, and maximizing profitability.

Jaydip Gupta completed a Management program in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2015-2016. Prior to that, they obtained an ACA degree in Accounting & Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, Jaydip completed a Bachelors in Accounting & Taxation from the Department of Law, University of Calcutta in 1992. Jaydip also holds various certifications and skills in Top Management.
