Devin Bailly

Devin Bailly, P.E. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the footwear industry, currently serving as the Cushioning Engineering Manager at Nike since November 2012, where leadership of a multidisciplinary team focuses on developing innovative footwear cushioning platforms. Previously, as a Design Engineer in Cushioning Innovation and a Sr. Product Design Engineer for Digital Sport at Nike, Devin contributed to the creation of advanced Nike+ products, including the Nike+ FuelBand SE. Prior to Nike, Devin worked at Xerox from February 2001 to November 2012 as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, specializing in the design and development of mechanical hardware solutions throughout the complete design cycle. Devin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University.
