Les Spicer

Les Spicer has extensive experience in analytics and data engineering, currently serving as the Vice President of Enterprise Analytics & Data Engineering at Nike since February 2004. Spicer's career at Nike has included various leadership roles, such as Senior Director of Analytics Engineering, Director of S&OP Technology, and Director of North America Analytics Engineering, among others. Prior to Nike, Spicer worked at Advanced Energy from June 1991 to January 2004 as a BW Application Engineer, contributing to a strong foundation in data management and engineering.
