Svitlana Dorozhynska

Svitlana Dorozhynska started their work experience in 2018. Svitlana worked as an Affiliate Account Manager at Clic Technology Inc. from June to July 2018. Svitlana then moved on to work as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at elegro.eu starting from June 2018. After that, Svitlana worked as a Human Resources Recruiting Manager at Niko Technologies from July 2018 to May 2019. Finally, they became the Head of Human Resources at Niko Technologies in May 2019, where they were responsible for developing and managing global company strategies, personnel management, leadership development, team motivation, and organizational improvements.

Svitlana Dorozhynska completed their education at Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University from 2009 to 2015, obtaining a Master's degree in International Relations. In addition to their academic degrees, they also obtained a certification in "Эффективный рекрутинг" from LABA in June 2019.
